Alexander Unwrapped

Alexander Unwrapped brings the mood of a New York loft to a classic Palm Springs home. Commissioned by a builder and given complete creative freedom, Richard Joseph Romano paired bold accents and strong details with the house’s original architectural lines. The result was a dramatic, atmospheric take on Southern California living, showing another side of Palm Springs beyond its familiar mid-century pop-art style. When completed and brought to market, the home had the highest asking price per square foot in Old Las Palmas at the time.
